The University of Alberta Synchro Club's mission is to offer synchronized swimming for university
students at both competitive and recreational levels. The club was created in 2006 to provide
female athletes with the opportunity to keep swimming competitively while at university. The club
encourages recreational swimmers to try synchronized swimming with the option of competing
by offering a variety of introductory options. All levels are welcome to register.
Synchro Alberta
Their website contains lots of information on competitions -- schedules, results, rules, and packages. The Synchro Alberta website also explains the different levels and tiers and provides information on coaching and officiating, as well as links to other synchronized swimming clubs.
