Artistic swimming is a team sport, therefore, attendance is very important. Athletes rely on their teammates to attend every practice. Being on time is vital to the success of swimmers and the team. Synchro Stars should be ready for dryland at 6:00 pm and in the pool at 6:30 pm.

 

Swimmers who are unwell and unable to swim, but are well enough to come to practice are encouraged to participate in practice from the pool deck. 

 

Please be respectful and contact your swimmer's coach, or the head coach, if you are unable to attend a practice. Providing this notification at least 30 minutes prior to practice will allow coaches to modify their lesson plans to best suit their team.
