Welcome to Orca Artistic Swimming! To complete your registration for the 2026–27 season, please follow the four steps below.

1. Register on RAMP

• Complete your registration through RAMP (detailed instructions for using RAMP are below)

• RAMP registration is required for membership with Alberta Artistic Swimming (AAS) and Canada Artistic Swimming (CAS). These organizations provide the insurance coverage and policies required for participation in artistic swimming.

• Detailed RAMP registration instructions are provided below.

2. Complete the Club Information Form

Please complete the Orca Artistic Swimming Club Google Form to provide us with your swimmer’s information:

The information collected helps us place swimmers in the appropriate group based on factors such as age,experience, your swimmers size for club swimsuits and other relevant details.

3. Pay Your Orca Season Fees

• Your Orca Artistic Swimming Club season fees are separate from your RAMP registration fees.

• Payment can be made by e-transfer or cheque directly to the club (treasurer@orcasynchro.org)

  • Payment can be made in one lump sum or in two payments: one due Sept 20, the second due Jan 1. ​

    • Learn to Artistic Swim: $100​

    • Kids: $650 (or two payments of $325 each)

    • Kids Plus: $915 (or two payments of $457.50 each)

    • Stars: $1100 (or two payments of $550 each)​​

    • Adults: $800 (or two payments of $400 each)

4. Complete the Concussion Protocol Form

Please print, read, and sign the Alberta Artistic Swimming Concussion Protocol form:

The signed form must be handed in at your swimmer’s first practice.  Your swimmer will not be allowed in the pool without this form.  

• Full-season swimmers: September 20, 2026

• 6-week Learn to Artistic Swim: September 27, 2026

 

Detailed Instructions: How to Register on RAMP

Registration on RAMP is required for all swimmers. The RAMP registration fees cover your membership with the provincial and national governing bodies and are separate from your Orca Club season fees.

Step 1: Go to the RAMP Registration Website

Select Participant Registration.

Step 2: Select the Season

• Under Choose a Season, select 2026–27.

• Under Account Member:

  • Select Add an Account Member if you are new to RAMP and enter your information.

  • If you have registered through RAMP before, select the appropriate Account Member from the dropdown menu. Your information should automatically populate.

Step 3: Select Your Division

Under Choose a Division, select:

• Recreational Swimmer if you are registering for the full season (fees determined by whether you are a Kids, Kids Plus, or Stars- you will select this in the Google Form).

• Select Short Term Recreational if you are registering for the 6-week Learn to Artistic Swim (the $100 fee will be collected via e-transfer, our Treasurer will reach out)

• Select Free Trial if you are just trying out the first practice before committing

 

Step 4: Select  Package

Scroll to the bottom of the page and check the box beside the package (the fee is 0.00 because your Orca Club fees are collected separately).

Select Continue.

Step 5: Work through the remaining steps 

• Sign the waivers

• Choose a Legal Parent/Guardian

• Accept the Concussion Education box 

• Answer the Member Questions 

• Confirm Details and Pay the Fees to Complete your Registration:

  • Enter your payment information and pay the required membership fees:

  • Alberta Artistic Swimming: $27.98

  • Canada Artistic Swimming: $10.76

• Select Continue.

• Please note: These fees are for your provincial and national memberships. They are not your Orca Club season fees.  If you are registering for the 6-week session, these fees are lower. 

• You will receive an email receipt confirming your RAMP registration. A copy will also be sent to the club registrar.

What Happens Next?

 

Once you have completed the four registration steps, you are registered, see you in the pool!
