Welcome to the Orcas 2025/2026

These are the steps to complete before getting in the water:

1. Register on RAMP: http://OrcaArtisticSwimming.rampregistrations.com
​
2. Pay the $100 session fee via e-transfer or cheque (information about paying fees will be sent to you via email)
​
3. Print, read, and sign this form from Alberta Artistic Swimming regarding Concussion protocols: https://artisticswimming.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/Appendix-A-PreSeason-Form.pdf.
**The signed copy must be handed in at the first practice on March 24th.
Detailed Steps on How to Register on RAMP
To register with Alberta Artistic Swimming (an organisation that provides insurance and guidelines while using the pool), registration is done via RAMP:
1. Choose the tab Participant Registration

2. Go to Choose a Season and select 2025-26. Account Member : Choose Add an Account Member and add your information or if you have used RAMP before, add the Account Member from the dropdown (your information will autopopulate).

3. Choose a Division: Choose Recreational Swimmer
​
4. Go to the bottom of the page and check the box beside Athletes Registration
​
5. Choose continue
​
6. Fill in payment information to pay membership fees to Alberta Artistic Swimming ($27.32) and Canada Artistic Swimming ($10.76), choose continue
​
7. A box will appear warning you that your registration is paid for but not complete, continue
​
8. Read and sign in 4 places, confirming you are aware of the AAS policies, permission to use photographs and the waiver.

9. Add emergency contact information
​
10. An information summary will appear. Click the submit registration button.
​
A receipt confirming your registration will be emailed to you and the registrar. The fees collected in RAMP cover the membership to the provincial and national governing bodies. Your Orca Club fees are not collected via RAMP, you will be contacted by the Treasurer to collect the $100 fee for the Intro to Artistic Swimming 7-week session.
