The purpose of this policy is to ensure the protection of Confidential Information that is proprietary to the Orca Synchronized Swimming Club. 

 

1. Volunteers, Employees, Athletes, and Members will not use, publish, reproduce, retain or distribute confidential information without the consent of Orca Synchro.  Confidential information may include but is not limited to:

       a. Personal information of athletes, coaches, parents, volunteers, members or employees.

       b. Orca Synchro’s brochures, manuals, forms, policies, program plans, creative materials or financial information.
